XDS is a professionals-only event for those 18+. Attendees must work for a developer/publisher or provide development services to the games or creative industry as part of a company. We also welcome trade representatives who represent the above-mentioned companies within their regions, as well as members from our community partners. XDS is not a recruiting event. The organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse or refund passes for those who do not meet these criteria.

Please choose the category that best describes your primary business. The accuracy of this information is important, as it determines your classification in the XDS Connect B2B meeting platform..

Important Notes:

Select the Buyer ticket if your focus is on developing or publishing games under your own or licensed IP, and you're attending XDS to purchase external services.
If you work for a Service Provider, you may only register as a Buyer if you work exclusively in a department that develops or publishes your company's own games and has no involvement in selling or marketing services. Otherwise, please register as a Service Provider.
Choose the Service Provider ticket if your company offers services or consulting to game developers or publishers — including art, animation, co-dev, QA, porting, or other external development.
If your company both develops its own games and provides services, you still qualify as a Service Provider, unless you work solely on internal game development with no connection to client-facing services.
If you are found to be selling your services using the Buyer category, your pass will be revoked, and you will be ineligible to purchase a pass for XDS 2027.

Indie Buyer Pass Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Indie Buyer Pass, your company must meet all of the following criteria:

Small Team Size
Your company employs 50 or fewer people (full-time and part-time combined).
Independently Owned
Your company is independent and not owned, majority-owned, or controlled by another company or corporate group.
No Service Sales
Your company does not sell or offer any development services to other developers or publishers, including but not limited to co-development, art, animation, QA, porting, engineering, or consulting.

If any of the above do not apply, you must select a different ticket category.
