If more than 50% of your studio's capacity is dedicated to providing services to clients, you are required to purchase a ticket in the Service Provider category. This includes companies that exclusively offer full SKU development services.

If you purchase a Developer ticket, you are prohibited from using it to sell any services that your company provides. If you are found to be selling your services using a developer pass, your pass will be revoked, and you will be ineligible to purchase a pass for XDS 2026.

Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and a full refund will be provided up until August 1, 2025. After August 1, 2025 cancellations or refunds will not be offered. Transfer of registration to another individual is not permitted after August 11, 2025.

Right to Reject or Terminate XDS 2025 Registration
The XDS Advisory Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any registrations or proposed registrations for XDS 2025 and any of its events, or offerings, at its sole discretion. The XDS Advisory Committee further reserves the right to terminate and discontinue any previously accepted registrations for XDS 2025 and any of its events, or offerings, and return any registration fees paid, at any time and for any reason.
